Liebenzell USA is the mission organization that I will be working for while I am in Guam.  Liebenzell USA is part of the global organization which is headquartered in Germany.  Liebenzell sponsers the Pacific Islands Bible School.

I was first introduced to the work of Liebenzell through my friends George and Linda Hege.  George was the director of Liebenzell USA through August 2006, and my church has sponsored them as missionaries for a number of years.

It was during a 2002 trip to Cotachaci, Ecuador where I really got to know George and Linda.  Shortly after we returned from Ecuador, my parents and my one sister moved around the corners from George and Linda.  Since my other sister already lived in the neighbor hood, the Hege's were surrounded by my family.  This made keeping in touch much easier.

It was on Palm Sunday of 2006, when I contacted George about going to Ecuador for 10 days this summer.  However, he asked me to pray about going to Guam for 10 months this Fall.  So I did and the rest is history.
