"Where America Starts It's Day"

Where is it?  Guam is a small island in the bottom of the north Pacific.  It is actually a territory of the United States. 

What time is it?  Add 14 hours during daylight savings time to the time on the East Coast.  Otherwise add 15 hours.  Guam does not do daylight savings time.  Often it is tomorrow there. 

What is the Weather Like?  Well most likely HOT and HUMID but if you doubt follow the following link for the up to date weather.   And it rains .... a lot.   Especially during the rainy season which is from July - November but often into December.
